Dr. Eskin ls the recipient of many national and international awards for his major research contributions and was recently inducted into the Canadian Agricultural Hall of fame. Besides writing and performing satirical songs on different aspects of foods and nutrition, he also wrote a science fiction book dealing with the detrimental impact of man’s harmful activities on the health and stability of planet Earth.
